Referral Reactor Team

FIVE DAYS. ONE CONFIDENT LAUNCH.
Turn your Referral Reactor setup into a repeatable referral routine. This launch guide walks you through account setup, team training, practice referrals, partner engagement, and your next stage of growth.
Your target: a configured account, a prepared team, a tested referral workflow, and nine referral partners invited across Days 3–5. Work through one day at a time and use each checkpoint to see what is ready and what still needs attention.
Focus: Setup & payment · Target: 60 minutes
Start with the essentials so your team has a clear place to send referrals and manage bonuses.
Day 1 checkpoint: Your company profile is in place, your plan is selected, and you have chosen manual payments on Starter or configured Reactor Pay on Pro or Unlimited.
Focus: Team setup
Give your internal team the access and context they need to manage referrals confidently.
Coming soon: the Inviting Internal People With Permissions tutorial.
Day 2 checkpoint: Your internal users are invited and have the core training links.
Focus: Practice referrals & bonuses
Use clearly labeled test referrals to learn the process together. A test referral is practice; a bonus sent through Reactor Pay can still involve real money.
Plan for funding time: The onboarding guide estimates roughly eight calendar days for the initial transaction to process, and typically 5–10 minutes or sooner for payments once the account is funded. Treat these as estimates, not a guaranteed arrival time; confirm your current payment status in Reactor Pay.
Share Receiving a Referral Bonus with partners who need help. Automatic delivery of that video and the three-step quick start is marked as coming soon in the onboarding guide.
Day 3 checkpoint: You have practiced a referral, a conversation, and a bonus. Record any pending payout so you can verify receipt later.
Focus: Manage & engage
Repeat the partner experience with a new group, then give everyone a clear reason to participate.
Coming soon: the Sending Announcements tutorial.
Day 4 checkpoint: Six partners have been invited in total, and your first announcement is sent.
Focus: Scale
Bring in your next partners and make the referral routine easier to maintain.
Day 5 checkpoint: Nine partners have been invited across three days, your team has practiced the workflow, and you know which follow-ups remain.
