1. Using Referral Reactor
Referral Reactor is a platform that helps businesses, homeowners, and referral partners submit, manage, communicate about, and reward referrals.
You agree to use Referral Reactor only for lawful purposes.
Referral Reactor is a software platform only. You are not a party to agreements between businesses and referrers, and using the platform does not make anyone an employee, contractor, agent, or partner of Referral Reactor.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Referral Reactor. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Referral Reactor only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login information secure.
- Providing accurate information.
- Being responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Referral Reactor to:
- Break any local, state, federal, or international law.
- Submit fraudulent or fake referrals.
- Misrepresent yourself or another person.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others.
- Upload malicious software or viruses.
- Send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the platform.
- Infringe on another person's intellectual property.
- Use the platform for illegal kickbacks, bribery, insurance fraud, healthcare fraud, or any unlawful activity.
- Circumvent subscription limits or payment requirements.
5. Referral Payments
Referral Reactor provides tools that allow businesses to reward referral partners.
Referral Reactor:
- does not guarantee any payment;
- is not responsible for disputes regarding referral bonuses;
- is not responsible if a business chooses not to pay;
- is not responsible for tax reporting obligations between users.
Each business is solely responsible for determining whether a referral qualifies for payment.
6. Third-Party Payment Providers
Referral Reactor may integrate with third-party payment services, including PayPal, Venmo, Tremendous, Dots, and similar services, to help businesses send referral rewards.
Referral Reactor is not responsible for:
- delays,
- failed payments,
- payment processing errors,
- account restrictions,
- or fees charged by those providers.
7. Subscriptions & Billing
Some Referral Reactor features require a paid subscription.
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as described at the time of purchase) and automatically renew until cancelled.
- Where a free trial is offered, your subscription converts to a paid plan and billing begins when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then.
- Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
- If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, and cancellations are also governed by that platform's terms and are managed through your app-store account.
- We may change plans, features, and pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
- We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos, notes, messages, and other information you submit.
By submitting content, you grant Referral Reactor permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content solely for operating the platform.
You represent that you have the legal right to upload all content you submit.
9. Illegal Activity
Referral Reactor has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activity.
If we reasonably believe an account is being used for fraud, illegal conduct, abuse, scams, or activities that violate these Terms, we may:
- suspend the account,
- terminate the account,
- remove content,
- refuse future access,
- preserve evidence,
- cooperate with law enforcement,
- report suspected illegal activity when appropriate.
We are under no obligation to provide advance notice before taking these actions.
10. Business Responsibility
Businesses are solely responsible for:
- complying with all referral laws,
- complying with advertising laws,
- complying with tax laws,
- complying with insurance regulations,
- complying with healthcare referral laws,
- complying with real estate laws,
- complying with financial regulations,
- determining whether referral payments are legal within their jurisdiction.
Referral Reactor provides software only and does not provide legal advice.
11. No Guarantee
Referral Reactor does not verify or endorse users, businesses, referrals, or services, and does not guarantee:
- referral volume,
- business growth,
- earnings,
- payment,
- successful customer conversions,
- uninterrupted service.
12. Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
13. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate any account for:
- violation of these Terms,
- fraudulent activity,
- illegal activity,
- abusive behavior,
- misuse of the platform,
- security concerns,
- non-payment of subscription fees.
14. Intellectual Property
Referral Reactor, its software, branding, logos, graphics, and technology remain the exclusive property of Referral Reactor.
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the platform without written permission.
15. Electronic Communications & Text Messages
By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from Referral Reactor electronically, including emails and push notifications related to your account, referrals, security, payments, and service updates.
Where you provide a mobile number and opt in, you also consent to receive text (SMS) messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of important account, security, or transactional notifications delivered by other means.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time; you may continue to receive important account and security notifications.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Referral Reactor shall not be liable for:
- lost profits,
- lost business,
- lost referrals,
- payment disputes,
- indirect damages,
- consequential damages,
- data loss,
- interruptions of service.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Referral Reactor against claims arising from:
- your use of the platform,
- your referrals,
- your violation of these Terms,
- your violation of applicable law.
18. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Referral Reactor will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court.
- The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its then-current applicable rules, and the seat and location of the arbitration will be Portage County, Ohio.
- Class Action Waiver. You and Referral Reactor agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
- If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect; however, if the Class Action Waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court and this arbitration section will not apply to it.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Referral Reactor constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Portage County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
21. Additional Terms
- Data retention. Referral Reactor may retain records as necessary for legal, security, operational, or audit purposes.
- Investigation rights. Referral Reactor may investigate suspected abuse or misuse of the platform.
- Force majeure. Referral Reactor is not responsible for outages caused by events beyond its reasonable control (internet failures, natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

Referral Reactor does not determine whether any referral payment, bonus, reward, gift card, company credit, or incentive is legal in any jurisdiction. Each business is solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, local, licensing, insurance, healthcare, real estate, tax, and consumer protection laws before offering or paying referral incentives.
