Yes. Referral Reactor is available as a native app for iOS and Android, so referral partners can submit referrals, check their status, and get notified about bonus payments right from their phone.

No. Your partner list, referrals and messages are visible only to people in your organization. Other businesses on Referral Reactor can't see who your partners are. A partner who also refers to another business uses that business's program separately, and neither business sees the other's referrals.

Referral Reactor was founded by Eric Clark, who built it to run the referral program at Cleanup Services USA, his restoration company. Cleanup Services USA was later sold to private equity. Referral Reactor is a separate company, based in Cleveland, Ohio.

No. If a business shares its personal referral link with you, you can send a referral from that link without signing up, and you still get credit for it. You can also call or text the business and they'll enter it under your name. If you refer often, the free partner app (iOS, Android or web) lets you submit referrals with photos, follow every status change, message the business and see your bonuses.

After signing in, go to your dashboard and click "Submit Referral." Fill in the details about the person you're referring — name, contact info, and photos — then submit.

Your referral dashboard shows every referral you've submitted along with its current status. The business moves each one through New, Acknowledged, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled as they work it, so you always know where things stand.

Yes. Referral Reactor includes built-in messaging, so you can start a conversation tied to a specific referral — or a general conversation with the business — right from your dashboard, without switching to email or text.

Reactor Pay is our built-in payout method and usually the fastest. Nothing is sent until the business approves your bonus. Once they do, it goes to the destination you choose: your bank account, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App. Timing depends on the payout provider and the method you choose.

Sending or recording bonuses in Referral Reactor needs the Payouts plan, $29.99/month for unlimited bonuses. Payment providers also charge their own fees per payout: Reactor Pay 1% of the amount + $1, PayPal and Venmo $0.25, Tremendous free for gift cards (some other reward types add a percentage fee). Cash, check and company credit have no provider fee. Bonuses you pay entirely outside the app need no plan.

Eric Clark built Referral Reactor to run the referral program at his own company, and he wants every business to have the same tools without a software bill. The Free plan will always be free. The company pays for itself through the Payouts plan ($29.99/month), which businesses choose when they want to send bonuses through Reactor Pay, PayPal, Venmo or Tremendous, or record bonuses they pay by cash, check or company credit.

There's no trial because there's nothing to try before you buy. The Free plan has no time limit and doesn't ask for a credit card. You only add a card if you turn on Payouts.

A Super Admin can go to Settings → Plans & Billing and subscribe to Payouts for $29.99/month. It takes effect right away, and then you can connect Reactor Pay, PayPal, Venmo or Tremendous under Settings → Payments.

No. Every plan, including Free, takes unlimited referrals, and every referral shows its full contact details, notes and photos.

Payouts is month-to-month with no contract. A Super Admin can cancel anytime from Settings → Plans & Billing. Payouts stays on until the end of the current billing period, then your organization is back on the Free plan with all your data and every other feature. Yes. From Settings, admins can add custom fields to the referral submission form, so you can collect exactly the details your business needs beyond the standard name, contact info, and photos.

You do. Your referrals, partners and messages belong to your business. Admins can export referral data to Excel or CSV from Reports at any time, on any plan.

Yes, on every plan, including Free. Referral Reactor connects to Zapier, giving you access to 9,000+ apps to automate workflows like posting new referrals to Slack. We also offer a two-way Jobber sync built for field service businesses, plus a full REST API and webhooks for custom integrations. More integrations are coming in January 2027.
