Referral Reactor is a comprehensive referral management platform that helps businesses collect, track, and reward referrals. Businesses use it to manage their referral programs.

Click "Get Started" on the homepage and follow the sign-up flow. If you're joining an existing organization as a referral partner, you may receive an invitation link or QR code from the business — use that to sign up directly into their program.

Businesses generate invitation codes and QR codes that you can scan or enter during sign-up. If you have an invitation link, simply click it and you'll be guided through the process automatically.

After signing in, navigate to your dashboard and click "Submit Referral." Fill in the details about the person you're referring — name, contact info, and any additional fields the business requires — then submit. You'll receive a confirmation and can track the referral's progress from your dashboard.

Your referral dashboard shows all your submitted referrals with their current status. Statuses are set by the business and might include stages like "New," "In Review," "Contacted," "Converted," and more. You'll receive notifications when a referral's status changes.

Bonus payments are managed by the business. Once a referral meets their criteria (e.g., a deal closes), they'll initiate a payment through Referral Reactor. Payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo, Crypto, Gift Cards, ACH, Cash, Check, Company Credit, Cash App & more. You'll receive a notification when a payment is processed.

Yes. Each referral has a conversation thread where you can communicate directly with the business. You can also start general conversations from the Messages section of your dashboard. Media can be attached to messages as well.

Use the messaging feature to reach out to the business directly. You can reference the specific referral in your message. If you need additional help, contact us at info@referralreactor.com.

Go to Invitation Codes in your dashboard and create a new code. Each code generates a QR code and a shareable link. You can create codes with specific limits and expiry dates, then distribute them however you like — email, print, social media, etc.

Open any referral from your dashboard to see its full details. You can update the status, add notes, attach photos, and view the complete timeline of activity. All changes are logged for your audit trail.

Go to Settings to configure your preferred payment method (PayPal/Venmo, Tremendous, Reactor Pay, check, cash, or company credit). Once configured, you can issue bonuses directly from any referral's detail page or from the Bonus Payments section.

Yes. Under Settings → Field Configuration, you can add, reorder, and configure custom fields — text, numbers, dates, dropdowns, and checkboxes. These fields will appear on the referral submission form for your referral partners.

From the Users section, you can manage your team. Admins can invite additional admins, marketers, and other roles. Each role has different levels of access — referral partners can only see their own data, while admins can see everything.

We offer three plans: Starter ($2/month — up to 25 referrals, 1 photo per referral), Pro ($49/month — unlimited referrals, unlimited photos, Reactor Pay), and Unlimited ($149/month — everything in Pro plus API access, webhooks, and advanced reports). All paid plans come with a free trial.

Yes. The Starter plan includes a 90-day free trial. Pro and Unlimited plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.

Go to Settings → Billing in your organization dashboard to view available plans and upgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

On the Starter plan, you'll be notified when you're approaching the 25 referral/month limit. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to get unlimited referrals.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you need help, contact us at info@referralreactor.com.
