Your BDRs build the relationships that bring in referrals. The BDR Portal gives each one a pipeline, tasks, goals and invite links, and gives you a clear view of the whole team.
Referral Reactor Team
October 5, 2026

Someone on your team spends their days at supply houses, trade shows, chamber breakfasts and job sites, shaking hands with plumbers, real estate agents, adjusters and property managers. They're your business developers, or BDRs, and every one of those conversations could turn into a referral partner.
Until now, most of that work lived in their heads, their phones and a spreadsheet nobody else could see. The BDR Portal changes that.
The BDR Portal gives each business developer a private workspace for growing their referral network, and gives owners and admins a team-wide view of how that work is paying off. Each referrer is assigned to a BDR, and each BDR sees only their own referrers and the referrals those referrers send.
Each BDR sees the numbers that matter for their role: signups sourced, active referrers, invite-to-active rate, average time to a first referral, and 90-day retention. They can see their referrals by status and every business that signed up through their codes and links. Switch between day, week, month, six months and year to see the trend.
Great referral partners rarely say yes on the first visit. The Prospects tab is a lightweight pipeline for the people a BDR is working on. Add a prospect with their company, trade and how you met, mark them Hot, Warm or Cold, and move them through stages from New to Contacted, Meeting set, Pitched, Signed up and Sending referrals.
BDRs can log each call, visit, coffee, meeting or event as it happens. When a prospect is ready, they can send a personal invite link by text or email right from the prospect's page.
BDRs can create tasks with due dates, tie them to a prospect, and get reminders by push notification and email. Tasks are grouped into Overdue, Today, Next 7 days and Later, so the next step is always obvious.
Each BDR gets their own invite codes, with QR codes and signup counts, plus public links for placements like flyers or truck wraps. Anyone who signs up through those links is credited to that BDR, so there's no debate about who brought in an account.
Under Business Developers, the Performance tab shows total referrals, qualified leads, completed jobs, completion rate, average days to complete, your top BDR and your top referring company, each compared with last month. A leaderboard highlights your top three, and the full standings table lets you open any BDR's portal in read-only mode.
You'll also see how each referring company is performing against the same period last year, and which BDR sourced it.
On the Goals tab, set targets for the activities that build a referral network: calls logged, in-person visits, meetings, new prospects, referrers signed up, and referrals from a BDR's accounts. You can add your own measures too, like lunch-and-learns. Choose a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly period, assign points, and decide whether progress earns partial credit or the target is all or nothing. Goals can apply to the whole team or to one person.
Referrers without a BDR show up in an unassigned count. Use Assign referrers to search and assign them in bulk, or assign everyone at a company to one BDR from that company's Details tab. New referrers who join that company later go to the same BDR. If a referrer changes hands, their earlier referrals stay credited to the original BDR.
BDRs see only the referrers and referrals assigned to them, and their portals are private by default. You decide whether BDRs can see the team board, and super admins decide who else can view a BDR's portal. Every one of those permission changes is logged.
Your BDRs are already doing the hard part: building trust, one conversation at a time. The BDR Portal, included in the Unlimited plan, gives that work a home and makes the results visible.
